broke 12-10-2005 06:52 PM

But he'll be stuck in Houston...

lol

Sosa 12-10-2005 06:52 PM

not suprising. Too bad the niners aren't last in the league to draft him #1

DeloreanRider99 12-10-2005 07:01 PM

he went to one of the highschools in my district here in San Diego, Ca.
Helix High, man he was the talk of the town after every Friday night.

He was always killing my schools team and others. :321GFY

FelixFlow 12-10-2005 07:02 PM

nice speech too...he was overwhelmed by emotion while thanking his mom & dad !!

Reggie Bush is absolutely the best runner I have seen since Bo Jackson!

He is a cross between Bo Jackson and Barry Sanders. Bo Jackson used to punish the defenders by hitting them hard, and he has the same cutting ability as Barry Sanders.

Heisman = Kiss of Death. Why do you think Ole' Matt L. didn't want it again before he went pro.

2004 Matt Leinart Southern California QB (Not drafted)
2003 Jason White Oklahoma QB (Didn't get drafted)
2002 Carson Palmer Southern California QB (Just now making a name)
2001 Eric Crouch Nebraska QB (lol!)
2000 Chris Weinke Florida State QB (Backup in Carolina)
1999 Ron Dayne Wisconsin RB (Didn't do shit in the pros)
1998 Ricky Williams Texas RB (Someone pass the bong)
1997 Charles Woodson Michigan DB/WR (He did good for a while, now he's off the radar)
1996 Danny Wuerffel Florida QB (another LOL)
1995 Eddie George Ohio State RB (Decent RB but never a superstar)
1994 Rashaan Salaam Colorado RB (Who?)
1993 Charlie Ward Florida State QB (He's playing Basketball)
1992 Gino Torretta Miami QB (From my alma mater...I'm not proud of that)
1991 Desmond Howard Michigan WR (Washed out)
1990 Ty Detmer Brigham Young QB (His ugly brother is the 3rd in Philly, where's he?)
1989 Andre Ware Houston QB (Non Existent)
1988 Barry Sanders Oklahoma State RB (Hall of Famer in the group)
1987 Tim Brown Notre Dame WR (Second Hall of Famer in the group)
1986 Vinny Testaverde Miami QB (Sucked in Tampa, had one or two good seasons...I can't believe he's still around)
1985 Bo Jackson Auburn RB (His endorsements were 100 times better than his ability to play)

Heisman kiss of death. I'd rather get drafted in the 7th round these days.

Bo Jackson would have been the greatest runner in football history if he remained healthy!

I lived in Korea and they played the Monday night games at 3:30 am there. I watched the game against the Bengals where he broke the long run on the sidelines and ended up getting injured. The same injury that ended his career.

And yes, comparing Bush to Bo is like comparing a Corvette to a Hummer. Both high priced but a totally different driving experience.

For a second there i thought he went to your school. That would have been cool. John Elway played quarterback for my old high school. The last homecoming game we had he went too.

gecko 12-11-2005 01:13 AM

no surprise here

Marshal 12-11-2005 01:33 AM

We are from the same home town, Spring Valley. Its a suburb of San Diego. His highschool was in my school's district, about 15 mins from where I lived. Im telling you guys, he kicked ass in highschool football.

This guy could be the next Ladanian Tomlinson.

Vitasoy 12-11-2005 10:28 AM

It was not even close. :)
