I figure I would ask as winter is around the corner in canada which means that there will be a lot of skiers/snowboarders out there looking to go bigger do better and go to more competitions...

it was a serious question actually deputy chief it doesnt always have to be mainstream companies that sponsor athletes

besides the fact that you'd have to be a girl or gay to be on a softball team, then you would be able to use that to recruit potential models... (just kidding.. i know some of you guys here play softball)

lol well the thread was originally about winter sports but whenever you would wear ur baseball cap for example the other person would see the link to ur site or ur companies name on it just like when yous do promos by giving away free t-shirts ppl walk around wearing them other ppl see it and check out the sites later on

A few years back I was background help on a motorsports sponsor package for Penthouse. It wasn't with a title champ, but a possible "up and coming" team. That deal was 7-figures. Never underestimate the draw of sports marketing.
