Whats up webair?
Anyone noticed lately that it's is taking a small lifetime to get ahold of a tech over at webair.
One of my servers has been down for a while now and first I spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer me at the live help and then I gave up that and started too look on my icq if one of the techs was online but no one where so I gave up that and decided to give them a call. Some lady answered me and tried to get ahold of a tech and after alot of ringing around she finaly found one guy that could assist me. Then the guy I talked to didnt really wanna talk to me it seemed like he just told me he "Yeah Im working on that server." I asked the tech what he was doing "Do you know whats is wrong with the server?" He just said "Yeah Im working on it right now okay" and then "bye" and I say "bye" too. :-S weird.. |
Been around 15minutes now since I talked to the tech and the server is still down. I hope it's nothing serious. :)

Seems like webair is getting really busy and well Im happy for them and if that is the case that they are getting really busy I wish they could hire more techs so service will go back to what is was beacuse it rocked!!

webair has been solid for me for over two years. It's 4am here in new york, so maybe they have their skeleton crew working the shift.

Their customer service is great.
Their techs aren't that good though, they seem a little "special". The last time I talked to one of the guys he sounded like a total space cadet I will say one of their techs though one time was pretty good, but I haven't gotten him ever again lol. |

Their techs never act too worried about the problems and do seem really busy, imho, I agree with you about that GoNe. However, the last time I had a sort of big problem (one of my sites down) it got fixed pretty fast. |

strange.
I never, ever had any problems getting ahold of anyone. I usually just use their live chat thing, & always get someone & it never takes more than 10 minutes for someone to answer. And kman is right, the phone works wonders :winkwink: |
The phone gets you in contact with someone who doesn't know what
the hell is going on.....it doesn't get the servers working! 12 hours and counting..... |
