We give it to the person, then we figure out the reason for them to win.

So if you'd like to give me your input, maybe your nominee will win.

We can also give it to a company, but usually we give it to the individual.

He is very successful in this biz, yet he still takes time out of his day to help someone out, to give advice or insight. Even though he is succesful and respected, he doesn't look down on anyone or have a superiority complex. He is trusted, well liked and respected by nearly everyone in online adult... in fact, I can't think of anyone that doesn't like The Shemp!

He deserves to be recognized for both his knowledge and his kindness.

I'd like to nominate SweeT. His generosity and kindness to people in this industry and to those less fortunate are traits rarely seen in anyone's character, and he exemplifies them.
