I have lunch every tuesday with my 93 year old grandpa.

He's a retired minister who calls himself a "Baptist Buddhist."

Well, after lunch, we do a radio/webcam broadcast from his "cocoon." (What he fondly calls his dorm room at his retirement community.)

After talking for 5 min or so we lead a little non denominational "spiritual" moment called Hug Nation. (www.hugnation.com)

Annnnyway, its a really grounding experience and I recommend you give the old man a listen.
