Good stuff i must say eggs and low carb pancakes with ham and syrup for breakfast...

Everything comes very conveniently packaged they even throw in a nice thermal lunch box (ill take some pics of the stuff later)...Cesar salad for lunch and a nice nutrition bar inbetween...

Looking to shed like 15 20 Lbs...Keep ya posted stay tuned :)

ohh in the rules it says you have to quit drinking as well so this will be a good challenge for me =)

wanted to talk to you, wanted to buy virtual plan #1, just for email, i dont host email on my boxes, i dont run sendmail or anything, i just need about 3-5 pop3 accounts for mail. was gonna signup via the website but wanted to talk to you first about it.
