hey guys anyone know any helpdesk ticket system for providing support to members.. Are there any good free ones out there

Nothing free is good. :2 cents:

(And I'm not talking about "free" as in cracking software and downloading music "free", so back off, criminals)

Edit: Except advice. That can be good and free...too bad most people decide not to PAY attention to FREE advice.

I use PHP Support Tickets from Triangle Solutions. It works pretty well.

These come with fantastico and install at the click of a buttom, still trying a few, but somthing i like you might not and visa vera.

Actually there are a lot of open source software / scripts that are free and better then some paid versions ;)

Take mozilla firefox for an exemple ... lot better then IE 6
