As of yesterday, I switched a number of my ads and links over to your sites. Upwards of 5,000 clicks of my traffic would go to your join pages today. But when I checked my stats this morning, they were absolutely dismal. Then I tried to surf to your sites and found that they were unreachiable. A quick look on this board revealed that this might be an ongoing problem.

Do you have any immediate plans to upgrade your servers to handle your amazing growth? At my current level of traffic, the sales commissions alone that I will lose over the next 4 to 5 days would cover the cost of a new server, so I can only imagine that you are losing many thousands more.

Nice program, great concepts and superior marketing...just need to know when your servers will be ready to handle the success. For now, I am scrambling to switch my ads and links back to other 4free programs, before this breaks my bank.

BossHawg-Since you frequent this board, I thought this would be the fastest way to get ahold of you. I just checked my stats again...Right now, the stats show 171 uniques getting to your sites. I keep very comprehensive stats and comparisons from over a year of sending traffic to various sponsors, so I have a very accurate picture of daily traffic. By this tme in the morning on a Monday, there should be approx 1,000 uniques to your join pages, so about 80% of all click thrus are being lost due to your sites not being reached.

Again, I want to emphasize that your program is quite superior, but we are both losing considerable income potential due to inadequate servers. All the best of luck to you.

The following is what he had told me on Saturday. He is a pretty solid and reputable name I have no doubt they are working on it. Does suck though:(

"yeah we are on it..it sucks taht our programmer had a death in his family this week just as our program was blowing up :(( but he gets back tomorow and we shoulod have everythiing sorted out tomorrow afternoon I hope .."

All I have seen for awhile. I got a chance to login once today and the stats were weird. Showing a 1:89 ratio with 178 hits sent. My ratio yesterday was 1:9

Also my sales from March 16-31 have vanished. When I only saw 2 signups I figured it was because the new month started, but I was unable to find the 60+ signups that my stats were showing the other day.... hmmmm.

When I click on the actual ad on my website:

Surfers are clicking on the banners and being told there are too many connections. I didn't mind when the stats were slow, but now the surfer is being cutoff as well and those are the guys buying the memberships.

I understand this problem, and you say someone the tech guy knows has died. Hopefully this gets resolved by Tuesday or something. At least so the surfers can signup, it is just vitial when they click the banner the page loads FAST - lightning fast, and not time out.

Besides these tech programs, I love the program and will stick with it through the problems...Last comment:
Please do not hide previous money earned. Its weird to check your stats and find everything you earned is "gone" and a new figure is in place.

I'm seeing all the same errors you mentioned with the exception I can click on previous period stats and they show. Though it completly quit having conversions some time yesterday afternoon. Ive fallen from 1 in 6 to 1 in 150 or so last time I checked. So right now I'm just throwing bandwidth in the garbage as well but it seems to be a great prgram and I'm hoping they are working on it as we speak. I'd like to stick with it as well..

Yeah, I have not taken down their ad, so I'm just sending surfers to an error page.
Too lazy to change it and it looks like a temp problem. I think most people will just ride out the downtown. The program is great when its up & running.

Is this their idea of an April Fools joke? :(

Talked to Boss Hawg just a bit ago. they are putting in a new box right now. He said they hope to have it fixed shortly...

Hope so too... They need to get it up 'n' running fast!

this just in from Boss Hogg :we are aware of our SQL issues and is having a new box installed right now should be functional and back to normal! I hope within the next hour. I sincerly apologize for the incovenience and errors

I can only select US and Canada in the country box, however it says "other" next to it...

I'm not from one of the banned countries in the TOS
