any content provider would let you do that as long as you buy the licence for the pictures you purchased.

Try us but not tonight as the site is down.

Remember for real teens, and for the banner nothing else will do, it's no make up and no "Penthouse" type shots.

If you are not sure if they look young enough steer clear of them.

Many license agreements allow a certain number of pics to be used for banners or promotion.

Not *all* content providers allow their stuff to be used on banners... you have to read their TOS or email them and request permission and have it in writing if you ever need it.... make SURE to click the show ALL headers on business emails before printing so it will stand in a court if you ever need it.

Gem's legal tip o' th' day. :winkwink:

"...any content provider will let you do that..."

Not true

"...buy the license for the pictures you purchase"

We do not sell pictures, we sell licenses to use the pictures.

Most established content providers do allow a certain number of images from each set to be used for banner and site creation, but not all.

For the record: My license agreement DOES allow this.

I dont know of too many places that wont let you use some of the pictures in banners as long as the banners are for sites covered by the license.

If you are a designer and want pictures to use in banners for your clients then you will probably have to negotiate a special license with whoever you get the pics from.
