ok me and my girlfriend we were in a bar and i was talking to another girl when i hear my girlfriend screaming...


i turn around and see her slapping another guy... this fucktard poured a little bit of beer on hear head...

first he denied it and then he said it was an accident....

there was a huge fight in my head if i should punch him right into the face but i didnt...

i thought about police and all the trouble...

what would you have done ?

He was wasted and immediately apologized so I let it slide.

That happened to me the other night! (It was a bit of a misunderstanding... and more than just a little...) ..LOL..

I would have fired my bullet grappling hook into the ceiling, hit the 'return' button and scaled up to the ceiling. There I would have manouvered myself above the guy's head, and proceeded to drop a full beer mug on top of his head, glass and all.

I think that would be the most common solution.

A fucking coward he is. Pouring beer over a woman's head. What you didn't do took a lot of strength because he in cowradly fashsion would have called the cops and have to charged and you would have been the big loser on this one. However..those rules don't apply in my head when a child is involved or my parents.

Good on you. Getting in trouble with the law is a huge drain on you. What he did was essentially assult and the cops should have been called on him.

Actually I once threw a full pitcher of beer at a woman.

It was at a humor show in a bar... and she wouldn't shut the fuck up. The guy on the stage told her 3 times to shut up, the radio animator went to see her peersonally to tell her to shut up, then the bouncers did.

The owner wasn't there and she was the daughter of one of his employe so they didn't wanted to throw her out. I went and told her to shut the fuck up and there was other people that didn't care about what she had to say in a very clear and loud way . She answered like a bitch, so I threated her like a bitch...

She jumped in my face trying to choke me (was kinda funny actually ... only couple scratches), my ex gf grabbed her and got her out of my face.

No one has the right to touch anyone in an aggresive manner. Period.Even spitting is assult. The charge would have been minimal however he would have most liekly spent the night in the bucket...to hire a lawyer, go through finger printing, court pay a fine and/or community service...if anything, it would have made his life difficult and in the end get a criminal record for assult. That will stick to him for the rest of his life...F him fucking bastard. Now a days lawyers have made a mochery of settleing things old school....its too bad it has come to this. Well, it was definitely one for the book.... I was kind of misunderstood by this cute girl. So she threw her drink in my face and then (just when it couldn't get more amusing...) picked up another and poured it over my head.

It would all depend on my level of intoxication. If I were sober then I would have had a couple of words with the guy but it wouldn't have escalated to violence. I'd then take my girl home so she could get cleaned up.

If I were drunk; I'd walk up and punch him square in the face. No questions asked.

The guy was obviously a drunken asswipe and shouldn't have poured the beer in the first place. But you said he apologized, and your lady didn't sound like she wanted a scene. You did good with your self-restraint.

Knowing you could have hammered the guy a good one and holding back takes more self-control and discipline than giving in to the first urge of clockin' him. Shows presence of mind on your part.

The truly toughest guys I've known over the years would hold back on something minor like that - mostly because they're aware that if they launched a retaliation, someone would likely get seriously hurt and hospitalized.

I've seen a LOT of bar and pool hall scraps over the years, been in more than a few myself - and none go down like the hollywood versions the keyboard warriors envision.

Don't worry about the police... unless you have a long criminal record, or you beat the guy into a bloody mushy pulp (tempting), they'll give you a slap on the wrist & tell you to not do it again. :2 cents:
