site screenshots
How does one make them.
Is there like a tool for that ? I can do with photoshop, but if I view the page in full screen theres still the top bar which I have to cut. If there any other way ? 10x |
print screen, paste into photoshop (or any other photo editor). crop as needed... it's really not that hard
|
Hit a designer up and ask him to do it, at least that's how I do it.

Here's a tip, which oddly it seems nobody knows. Press and hold ALT while hitting Print Screen to capture just the active window.
I used to write technical documentation, so.. this was a nice tip for me. |
Snagit 7 is all you need and more...

there is a software that does that, don't know it off the top of my head, but search for "screen capture"
actually, this might be it -> http://www.techsmith.com/products/snagit/default.asp |
ACDSee does good screencaps.

alt+print screen, paste in photoshop, crop.

In firefox you can turn off the navigation toolbar and go fullscreen (F11) and cap from there.

You can always hit Print Screen and then CTRL-V into Photoshop. Crop it and you're done.
