How does one make them.
Is there like a tool for that ?
I can do with photoshop, but if I view the page in full screen theres
still the top bar which I have to cut.
If there any other way ?

print screen, paste into photoshop (or any other photo editor). crop as needed... it's really not that hard

Dalai lama 12-17-2005 05:16 AM

Hit a designer up and ask him to do it, at least that's how I do it.

I know how to do them.

the need to crop the top IE/firefox bar.

Here's a tip, which oddly it seems nobody knows. Press and hold ALT while hitting Print Screen to capture just the active window.

I used to write technical documentation, so.. this was a nice tip for me.

Godsmack 12-17-2005 05:31 AM

Snagit 7 is all you need and more...

there is a software that does that, don't know it off the top of my head, but search for "screen capture"

X37375787 12-17-2005 08:07 AM

ACDSee does good screencaps.

dissipate 12-17-2005 08:25 AM

In firefox you can turn off the navigation toolbar and go fullscreen (F11) and cap from there.

this is not working! try to buy photoshop... it is the only one program that can make a screen shot good! :pimp

X37375787 12-17-2005 10:48 AM

You can always hit Print Screen and then CTRL-V into Photoshop. Crop it and you're done.

justsexxx 12-17-2005 10:55 AM
