I love my bank, I think there only large in the midwest though. 8-8 monday through sunday and killer online site for transferring money and so forth. The only problem is 97% of them are indians, I mean ghandi type indians. I cant stand them :Oh crap

Any bank will have issues, there are issues inherent with the size of a bank like BofA.

Funny you say that. I am a former Fleet customer. Re-opened my Fleet account under Bank of America.

Infiniti tells me thatout of 10's of thousands of Bank of America accounts....MINE and ONLY MINE is not allowing them to take ACH payments from my account.

Bank of America says its not their fault. They have no answer for me. So i just FUCKING closed my account and I get a cashiers check in 7-10 days with my balance.

well if you were a fleet customer back about 10-15 yrs ago they also sucked ass...i would honestly expect nothing less from them. big time problems lately in my area with them.

I have a business account with them. Things are fine as long but when I do need service its a joke. Its on cruise control now or I would close the fucking thing.

yep, i can type in the ABA/account number of any of my bank accounts and wire from BofA. Its quite snazzy. but yes, BofA customer service *sucks*.

Go with Wachovia, bro! Their customer service rocks and I have all my accounts with them (Business and Personal). I had a problem with my personal account once and they were all over it! The manager finally called me at 9:30pm to insure me that everything was fixed. That's what I call Customer Service!!!

I've been with them since they were First Union and have never had one single bad thing to say about them. :thumbsup
