I just got back..feel great.
i need to bump this thread tomorrow night to make sure i keep going.

Keeping true to the course will be the hardest test

i need to start again, i forgot how good you feel when you go to the gym

not only does it enhance your mood, but you also become more productive when you set that kind of schedule/routine and stick to it

the benefits are not only physical but just as much mental in my opinion :thumbsup

What supplements do you take if any?
Creatine has always been good.
Celltech I liked a lot but man it's packed with so much sugar!
Vit. C helps the pain go away too from what I've read as well as my own trials with it.

yes..im very sore today..lol

im going back tonight...im mostly concentrating on stretching, and working with light weights to get my body back into it.
tons of cardio...but my chest hurts from a bit of benching last night
