First day back at the gym is the hardest.
I just got back..feel great.
i need to bump this thread tomorrow night to make sure i keep going. Keeping true to the course will be the hardest test |

i need to start again, i forgot how good you feel when you go to the gym
not only does it enhance your mood, but you also become more productive when you set that kind of schedule/routine and stick to it the benefits are not only physical but just as much mental in my opinion :thumbsup |

i must spank alot, my arms never get that pain, its my legs and back that become paralyzed on day 2 and 3

a good warm up will lessen muscle cramps. make it your New Years Resolution so you would stick to it

What supplements do you take if any?
Creatine has always been good. Celltech I liked a lot but man it's packed with so much sugar! Vit. C helps the pain go away too from what I've read as well as my own trials with it. |
work it out baby, work it! :) pain will just be on the first day or two after that you'll get used to it.

yes..im very sore today..lol
im going back tonight...im mostly concentrating on stretching, and working with light weights to get my body back into it. tons of cardio...but my chest hurts from a bit of benching last night |
