Running aptgp. I have no idea how to use the software and it seems over kill for what I want to be able to do. All I want is a nice design where I can add my own links, thumbs. no submitions no traffic trading nothing.. just a place to send 404 traffic to.

If you can design this keep it simple and get me running that's all I ask.

yeah, and software used doesn't really come into play...
aptgp is 'okay'.. there are definately better choices though for what you're doing :)
eg: smart thumbs, just because it makes better autocropped thumbs...

but yeah, I think that you did a pretty decent job already.. and a lot of TGP designers won't be able to improve on it THAT much..

I agree, I like the design that was done, I don't understand how to use aptgp. So I looking to replace it with something easier to use and to have the site designed around that. I dont do TGP's, I don't create gallerys, I don't take submitions from others. I don't link to other TGPs... I only want o be able to add any affiliate that I choose to put on here. The only traffic that goes to the site is the hacker, 404 and other crap that comes off my sites. thats it. I just want a place to send them.

This smart thumbs does look interesting.... Who can create the site around it if I buy it? (I'm not a designer)

you could use your current design with smarthumbs...
you don't need a new design..
just replace the aptgp tags with smart thumbs tags..

How the documantation etc? Can a total nubie figure it out (Smart Thumbs) and get it running or do they figure you already have some sort of coding know how?

APTGP did the work to intergrate there software into the current design. So I really know nothing about it. Don't have the Png files to do any editing either. This is why I'm looking for a new design, one with editable Png files that I could edit later if need be.
