Some great Google insight FROM Google (google factory vid)
 

I saw this earlier in the summer, and just recently found it on google video (ironically searching for porn and away in)

Its 5hrs, its lengthy but they go threw the intricacies that fuel the search and ads, new products, and the hows, and whys of google. All the big wigs take the stand and give some insights to how things work and what there goals are.

Very interesting and even the seasoned google vets will see a thing or two to spark some thoughts...heh.

Make some time for it, and just so you know, search is gone over in the first hour, then adwords/adsense follows.

I saw that on there too the other night and havent found an spare 5 hours yet! lol :)

Watch the first hour for now, if your interest is in search.

I would have loved to have spent the day actually listening to all of this. The 70-20-10 rule is a pretty interesting way to do things.
