DRAMA ALERT: Xbiz- Get your story straight
Just got the new issue where it says Adult.com was bought for 12 Million Bucks. I would not have sold it for just for 12 Million.
You have no idea what the deal was, it is not disclosed. Even the disclosure stated that there was more to it. I'm not at liberty to disclose the deal, but at least report what the public disclosures report, and not just part of it as the whole deal. |

I assume this is from the brief on Dec 2005's cover but I thought they just rephrased the press release that mentioned the $12 mil to buy an affiliate network. Did they actually state that amount was to buy ICS and its properties?

What are you talking about if the deal is not disclosed that's against the law if they are a publicly traded company but if your goal was to impress us with all the money you got paid . It worked.
