They provide IDS but have a hard time in getting model releases from them. IDS but no releases,hmm its been two weeks. Business is Business. Exclusive content at that. Im a man of my word. Why ids but no releases?

I always provide a release and ID's with any photos or videos that I produce. Not providing that stuff is asking for trouble. My :2 cents:

you should get, ID's, releases AND a signed 'work for hire agreement' assigning the copyright over to you or your corporate identity. my clients do . . .

I got ids except for one girl. Also no releases or sign agreement. I hope he come thru ASAP. Im a business man he bullshitting. He say he a man of his word.

From what I understand...you only need to hold the proof of age. The model release is not your responsibility. I beleive it would be that of the primary producer. However, Im not an attorney so therefore you should consult your attorney regardless
