So ya hosted some folks, that turn out to be spammer's they run up over 350 complaints in under two hours.

Keep the money, they damaged your business and could have potentially taken your company out of business doing such things.

Spam is illegal, especially if it was non compliant.
They should be reported.

You could have lost your Providers in the process.

End of story.

Well actually, the customer said they didn't even use those servers and SI said that that was 100% correct.. So no, you're wrong..

There's no proof there was a fine.. and there's no proof that the customer was spamming...

Yep... there was another post where SI said something about the servers possibly having been hacked into..

Possibly "Hacked".

So some clever monkey not only got the passes, but FULL Rights Admin Access to the server as well.
Set up mail shop and ran the line.

The login IP Was Proxied and this hacker covered his ass in everyway perfectly...
