Cardsgate.com - are they dead?
 

Hello. Is there anybody who has some informations about cardsgate.com? They don't pay and respond emails for several months, but their site is still operating. I did not look at it too carefully, because we use them just for one old site and they owe us just about $500. But it was recommended to me at this board, so perhaps somebody knows what happened. Thanks for any info.

yeah, aren't dead but should be. they still process, but don't even try working with them! they owe a lot of money, but mr. neff (owner and a scumbag) said that "technically" they didn?t owe anything.... (because the money fairy took it :))

wow.. haven't heard them mentioned for some time.

They owe me a big chunk of change.. They are the biggest scammers I have ever come across in my time working in media/internet. :)

I managed to send them more than 100 chargebacks though
I sent former members a detailed description on how to chargeback the transactions
and around 100 actually did so lol

Hard to believe card companies still accept their transactions. You read what tough rules your site has to match everywhere. But looks like they steal everything they can for near a year and nothing happens.
