am I the only one who gets uncomfortable when...
.. old people talk about death? like I was helping my grandma decorate her tree and she will say something how she might not be here next christmas or make a joke about death. Im glad she isn't afraid of the subject of dying but it makes me uncomfortable as hell :helpme
what the hell are you supposed to say when they bring it up? |
I just don't like watching old people eat. Damn that's creepy. Uugh...that mouth all mushy and like...gumming up...and down...and the spit...gross...
...damn I am horny. |
Doesn't matter what the age is, death should not be an uncomfortable topic. In this day and age, homosexuality is no longer a taboo, erectile dysfunction is no longer a taboo and prostate exams are no longer a taboo so why should death be one?

She has accepted it..just appreciate the remaining time you have left with her

i remember when we moved my grandma into a retirement apartment - she had lived 90 years in her own house then later her own apartment - when she got into this little retirement apartment she stood there and looked around with a resigned look at us then said ......... 'the last stop' and smiled. very sad - just typing it makes me sad again.

Death, the last great adventure. What is on the other side? Is there an afterlife? or is it just the end of the line?......thoughts?

dying is part of life
