CCbill rocks man. Be nice to them. I know webmasters that make one sale a week that get the same attention that the big fish do. =)

I know you wanted to bring attention to your issue. But being immature don't make you look good... If you were having a problem and needed to post on the forum to get REAL attention to your matter. You can still be mature about it...

Corvett does have a thick skin and he is being very helpful. I normally have a thick skin but after numerous emails to and fro..... I need someone who listens. You wouldnt believe the collection I have in the past few hours.

I wanted a response....and got it...thanks.

ok.... The story....and full marks to corvette for solving it very quickly

We run www.cams2chat.com with ccbill as only processor. We also run www.asiancammodels.com (far busier site) and we were happy with ccbill so made our default processor. All fine but we run 24/7 support and they have been getting complaints guys cant make multiple purchases. Rather important with chat.

So emails to and fro with support and despite the fact that we could have multiple purchases with main account....sub account2 could not. I was starting to feel I should send a xmas card to the support guy as I was spending more time with him than the kids. Prior to my initial post this thread his last thing was contact my sales rep....um...its xmas...... when and how? Meanwhile, what happens to sales and members.

So I dragged software back and changed default processor to another processor and then posted what I did looking for a response. I got it, Corvette sorted it and full marks CCBill for response.

I like CCbill and plan on making them my main processor and I am not going to rubbish them. Support guy not my favorite person but I think Corvette is CCbill and why I likie them. Just hope I draw a different support guy next time. Hard to put a figure on this sort of thing...especially at this time of year but if we lose a lot of multiple purchases the losses would have been substantial.
