Free Traffic Programs - Do You Use Them Or Are They A Waste Of Time
 

I have found hundreds of surfer and click programs and some accept adult sites. Do any of them work? I wouldn't expect their traffic to convert but I was thinking it would be usful for a new site that needs to increase its click trades.
