If was to use paypal on www.ratemybottom.com do you think paypal would cancel my account?

I doubt PayPal would accept transactions with a domain name like that, unlike the good 'ol days =)

Weather they do initially or not, I wouold not run the risk. they are famous for letting you build up some cash, and then suspending the account for investigation.

I've contacted them via email a few month back about my site, they never responded.

it's completely retarded since ebay owns paypal and ebay has an "mature" section where you can sell hardcore anything.
