Can You Do This On The Mac?

I once read somewhere that your able to bring back deleted files on the PC. Does anyone know if this is possible for the Mac? If so, is there a program that enables you to do it?

Yes Norton Utilities works.... I got busted back in like 94 or 95 thinking that my aol im's were safe in my little performa's trash dump. Well seems the old ball and chain back then figured out how to retrieve my trashed documents from the trash, that fuck.
It was then that I discovered a nifty little program called BURN I do believe.... DESTROY THE EVIDENCE hehe
