how to cure food poisoning?
 

i think i have food poisoning.. i have all the symptoms for the past 36 hours.. right now im fucking dying here.. is there anything i can do??

I've had food poisoning a few times...doctors always suggested little intake of fluids until diarhhea and vomiting stopped...NO FOOD.
Once the expulsion of fluids stopped start taking in foods slowly, eating dry toast..and that is for like 24 hours...and then after that increase your liquids and food intake but slowly.

Stay hydrated, thats the most important part. Water, Apple Juice, low acidic juices.

Pinch the skin on your hand, if it stays in the pinched position for more than a milisecond, you're suffering from dehydration & need to goto the ER & get a I.V. with saline.

Don't try to stop up the squirts if you got them, you want it completely out of your system....so puke & crap all you can. But keep replacing it with more fluid.

If it lasts more than 72 hours, seek medical attention

You'd be surprised at how often it occured from home.

As a restraunt manager for 7 years I dealt with many calls from people who just left the store 30 minutes before and were sick blaming it on us...LOL..that's not the way it happens.

did you eat at a salad bar? it could be salmonella....not to freak ya out, but that would require some medical attention theoretically

I feel your pain. I got food posioning from our thanksgiving diner... I was sick as shit for a week. As for the cold chills, you need sweat it out. Rub Vicks all over your chest and back then cover up with a t-shirt. The Vicks should feel soo good you'll fall a sleep and wake up feeling a little better (if you break your fever).
