lol, some hotels do post the cost of things if you "accidently" take them with you. As for the Ritz-Carlton it is obvious they do or you stayed 2 nights and they let you have a towel each night.

wifey and i stayed one night at the ritz carlton.
the room was $700 and change. plus a romantic dinner in our room with champagne about $300.

i figured they wouldn't mind being short 2 towels since i payed for them anyway. LOL

no...no extra charges!
that was about 2 months ago.
bill was payed with america express already.

as a matter of fact, we had such a GREAT stay, we spent 3 days at the golf resort in naples fl. 2 weeks ago also with our daughter. i didn't hit them up for any towels that stay.

our next place will be the 4 seasons hotel. we will be staying 1 week in california in feburay. i'll post those when i get them. :winkwink:

MikeVega 12-31-2005 10:19 AM

My wife has a thing for hotel towels ..I travel a lot and she's always asking me to bring back wash cloths and shit ... she says she can't find any with the same texture in the stores .. even very expensive ones ... I find it weird but I told Pete-kt about it forgetting that he owns 2 hotels and for X-mas he sent her a Box of brand new Hotel towels .... :1orglaugh

we would always do the same with all the hotels we stayed. after awhile we had so many we stopped. but i loved the emblem on the ritz towels so i took them.

the hilton and wyndham have nice towels but with just their logo.

i hope your wife enjoys her gift. :thumbsup

Not sure i see the appeal of owning a towel that some lard ass may have wiped his dirty ass and smelly dick on, but each to his own !

But why would anyone want to have towels with a hotel logo in their home? If you want to style and profile and impress your guests, create your own crest and have it embroided in all your towels, sheets, pillows and bathrobes :winkwink:

Hey You . . . I Know You! 12-31-2005 10:56 AM

How will you protect those towels from your houseguest who decides to use one after a shower and severely stains it (drying his exceedingly hairy ass)?

Or, from the dude that pukes at your party and grabs one to wipe up the unspeakable, pink, chunky concoction, rendering the towel worthless?

i thought everyone took hotel towels?

weather i stay at motel 6 or the ritz, wifey and i always take towels or wash cloths. saves us money having to buy them.

besides, we don't go just for the towels. we go to have fun and relax.

wdsguy 12-31-2005 11:11 AM

who the fuck would want used towels????

You know people that wipe their dick and ass before they shower?

Most people I know don't take anything from hotel room with them. I don't remember ever seing a hotel towel at any home I've been thru neither!

Kimmykim 12-31-2005 11:24 AM

I like the Four Seasons much more than the Ritz... I've never really thought about stealing things from the hotels we stay in though...

And if you want really nice towels, Christy's of London are the way to go.

Peaches 12-31-2005 11:42 AM

I never understood why someone would want towels with a hotel's emblem on them. Then again, I do have ashtrays I've grabbed from the Ritz ;)

PimpDaddyPants 12-31-2005 11:48 AM

im no captian obvious but those towels are from the Ritz Carlton.

I stayed at one here on Jupiter Island and took a towel and a robe off a cart on the way out lol.

it's funny how some say how dirty hotel towels are.

if you stay in ANY hotel, don't you use the towels?

don't tell me you bring your own towels because that would be a bold face lie!

so what you're saying doesn't make sense.

you'll use them at the hotel but not at home! RIGHT!!!

defense rest... :1orglaugh

Michaelious 12-31-2005 12:08 PM

nope, not really

pornguy 12-31-2005 12:09 PM

I stayed at the ritz one time, and was not that impressed.

Manowar 12-31-2005 12:10 PM

hahaha nice one

There you have it. :) Non-smokers take towels and bathrobes.

Actually some people ask for new unused towels and even new sheets, pillow cases, etc. They will provide them if you're willing to pay the little extra money for it.
