Does anyone have advice on how I can create a new Usenet binary group?

Creating a group is simple, getting usenet providers to adopt it, is very hard. I have pretty extensive peering arangements, and would be happy to include it on my servers. I may be able to get the adoption time down :) Let me know when it's ready.
