try taking these www.sweetsecretions.com THey are an herbal suppliment that has a lot of other umm...great effects, but since I started taking them like 6 months ago I've also lost over 70 pounds..they kickstart the metabolism though :)

I love Propel and Aquafina Splash. That's all I pretty much drink anymore.

I've tried to cut soda out completely, but still enjoy a Cherry, Lime or Vanilla Pepsi from time to time.

Normal water is fine with me. I buy a case a week usually.

aspartame causes cancer

They warn now that the long term negative effects of chemicals that leech into bottled water from plastic bottles can have a carcinogenic effect bringing about a whole host of other problems that would be avoided by drinking filtered tap water from your home assuming that you are on potable city water.

If I find the reference I'll post it.

Seriously tho'. Show me something that doesn't cause cancer.
There are naturally occuring properties in vegetables that have been shown to cause cancer in labratory mice.

Thing is, if I can prolong my life by 10-15 years by drinking a diet soda instead of regular soda, then I'm willing to take the chance.

Lord knows with my weight I could not continue to drink regular sodas at the rate i was. Diet sodas are a lifesaver to me...coke is one of my addictions and now I can at least control it somewhat.

I still drink water daily, but along with my diet sodas I get that satisfied filling of meeting my cracked out needs for a coke.

I won't drink anything from coca cola company in 2006

same here, even tap water is fine. I am taking it slow with soda because of its sugar content

candyflip 01-02-2006 05:08 PM

50Cent has his own Vitamin Water flavor called Formula 50.

Probably tastes like Grape Soda.

pornguy 01-02-2006 05:09 PM
