Banner ad management/rotation?
 

What's your pick? phpads sure, but I heard it can get to be a hog with high traffic sites.

It can be a hog if you host the banners locally and you're pushing a couple mil a day. Best is to setup the banner as an externally hosted banner (called from URL) - generating link codes for use on other sites (no publisher hosted pages) can be tricky but overall phpadsnew is the best free ad mgt product I've used to date.
