just read an article titled "the five worst date places" and according to the author they are:

An Amusement Park
The Beach
A Non-Traditional Restaurant
A Family Function
Your Parent's House for Dinner

lol, I think I took at least 3 girls (first date) in the past couple of years to the local version of Disneyland, may be it's time to stop dating girls 15 years younger than me

I remember when a girl took me to her house and introduced me to her parents on the first date, that totally freaked me out

not to mention that she took me out on that date to ... her church, haha it was one of those clappy-happy churches with live band, and you clap your hands, and all that crap, I was really amused to say the least

haha, actually I did, the music they played wasn't bad at all, and the drummer was throwing his sticks in the air every two minutes, I'm telling you, it was very entertaining

anything that doesn't involve parents can be good but I don't want to meet anyone's parents on the first date

I met my fiance's parents when I first picked her up. I was suprised when she opened the door and was like my parents want to meet you. All went well though

Well...I met my husband's mother at the same time that I met him and it worked out well but if it was an approval type thing I would think they weren't mature enough to date anyway.

I don't agree with thoses. The amusemnt park can b e fun, and the beach, if both are hot, can be a lot of fun too

i disagree with that list. heres mine (from experince):
1) a mall
2) a bar down the street
3) in a car, just "criusing around" (ya right!)
4) at a dudes house (especially when its really dirty!)
5) bowling

might be a worst idea if you have been going out for quite a while already, but for a first date I think these places sound okay.

Plus if she's the jealous type, she's not going to like it when you're staring at 300 other girls the entire "date".

A church should be #1 worst :2 cents:

while a place is factor for a successful date, i believe that the rest lies on how you made impression to the girl...Get Real!

I take them to burgerking and then go hangout at Walmart, I usually get invited to their trailer

One of the best dates I ever had was at an amusement park.

If you take a girl out on the first date and she can't have fun riding rides and eating junk food, then there is no use in having a second date....

I think for me the worst place to date are at an amusement Park, bec. its so boring, mall bec. actually is not a date place and in a church... lol...
