Mmmm.. If he can refrain from staggering up to the podium and is able to utter a sentence without tripping up - does it really matter sarah? Sure, it's a hell of a liabilty to have an alchoholic around, but can think of plenty more.
For example, you remember Lord George Brown? He even looked pissed 24/7 and had this tendency to get truculent! :winkwink: Then we got young Georgie Bush who appears to be doing well under the circumstances.
