The amount was a fair amount, although not the complete amount, yet something close enough to it!

bottom line, I am satisfied and would like to thank Chris for keeping his word and taking care of the situation! :thumbsup

Yeah, sounds like a great deal there. Sign up for 20 servers for 8k, delays keep you from receiving them in the time promised. They never get used (allegedly), and a refund is requested shortly after. Six months later, after dozens of phone calls, emails and false promises you get a refund for a couple grand less. Sounds like a great offer, where do I sign up?

and will never use them. The way they handled the whole situation in the

Yes I know I might not know the whole scoop on this but dodging calls, not
calling back, then still saying no calls were dodged...while at the same time
they had more than enough time to post about their new VIOP beta project?

I could go on and on mentioning other stuff....but the picture is perfectly
clear already. If you had not brought this to the board you still would be
chasing them for your money or a way to solve the issue.
