How do you find a good one?

You go around to porn sites you think are quality, then you look at their webmaster page... and then do a backround check on them... i.e. forums and people you know and see if they pay on time.

that should be enough to find a "quality" sponsor

Check out our sig.... since 1996 we've been paying shitloads of cash to affiliates.. I've taken over the program recently and things are getting even better..

check ur traffic, then check what isnt being promoted with it and do that

Just check if they pay, and if that's ok next thing you do is test test test... not everything works perfect with your traffic.

you simply go to www.webcams.com/affiliate/ and sign up.. you'll be paid the day after the pay period ends and you can sell any niche

There is no such thing.
The best affiliate program its specific to your traffic.
Trial and error will get you there.
