Anyone do rental houses? question about forms

i just got my first rental house and its close to being finished. where can i get some form templates for rental agreements and the other forms that i need? i read a few books and they tell you what kind of things you need to get signed but they dont have any forms i can edit on my computer.

anyone know the best place to get them?

You might want to have a lawyer draft one or ask someone that deals with multiple rental properties. Lots of subtle things you need in there that the template type ones won't have.

Don't know anywhere to get the templates you want but if you find them make sure they are typical for your state.Different states different rental laws. You'd be hard pressed to enforce anything if your states law differ from the form

Downloadable as well as findable in most office stores. All types of legal forms custom done per state. Very good starting point for a rental agreement.

Office depot generally carries the brand I mentioned above.

Staples is a good source.
