We currently have a couple of email and live chat customer support campaigns running for adult entertainment sites, and I want to see what others are doing for their support.

Our webhosting dude handles our admin and customer service, although I reply to most emails he forwards my way.

In house. Wouldnt have it any other way.

I'd be scared to outsource it. My webmasters are my life. If someone else slipped I'd be fucked. Also, who else knows them like I do and who is gonna be on 24/7 like myself :)

netbilling's call center does ours.
using theirs since they started it, very good service
