Relationship Question

Okay...I can't sleep tonight because I have a HUGE question on my mind. And I don't usually air my dirty laundry on the boards, so be nice.... :321GFY

When do you know you should break up with someone? Especially if it's a long-term (like 4-5 year) relationship?

When you're no longer happy! Take a break for awhile - See how you both feel!

MikeyFingaz 01-14-2006 05:36 AM

the basis of each relationship between two people are as different as snowflakes... to some one reason might be good enough, to others, it would be a different reason entirely...

only you will know the answer to this question.

I'm dodging the marriage bullet like 007, but girls still can't whore it up like you do. :(

I think there may be one rogue photo of my boobs floating around, but I have a feeling it will never surface. Besides, chocolate boobies aren't appreciated around here. :disgust

sometime right after you make a post asking about it in a public forum would be a good time.

When you know that if you never saw her again it wouldn't bother you. If the love's gone get out!

I don't think that's necessarily true. If you're in something for the long-haul, you're eventually going to go through things that test your relationship. So, I guess that's why I'm not so quick to say "fuck it". A week's worth of bullshit isn't necessarily the end.

Also, I HATE breaking up with people. I'd rather have them leave me. :Oh crap

You're in the minority around here :thumbsup I think most of the GFY populace doesn't like brown boobies so much.

Not that I was going to show them anyway. :1orglaugh I'd rather have webmasters do business with me because I'm smart (even if very silly). But trust me...they're real and they're FABULOUS! :1orglaugh

When does one know to walk away? When you look into the person's eyes and don't see a future with him/her because you don't feel a further commitment is worth pursuing. Maybe you grew apart.

leggs 01-14-2006 08:08 AM

In the past all my relationships broke up right after I had sex with my boyfriend's brother.

Some men can just be so darn insecure.

Stallion 01-14-2006 09:15 AM

Well, if you fight all the time, or just know that your not gonna spend the rest of your life with this person. 4-5 years is a long relationship. But if you don't feel it, I would say its time to call it off. You lost that loving feeling..

Th!nk 01-14-2006 09:59 AM

i think it's time to separate ways if you feel like you are not happy with it anymore....you will know it yourself.
