Can anyone recommend a Mini DV camcorder?
 

I'm not looking for top of the line, but I'm not looking for a piece of shit, but I want something that's going to have good quality video in great lighting, and decent quality in low lighting along with USB/Firewire/etc. Any ideas? I've seen a few for around $300, but I don't know if those are gonna be up to par..

what does decent mean? not grainy or dark

try to find a good used vx2000 on ebay or somewhere

might be hard to find a new $300 mini dv camera that will give you "decent quality" video in low lighting.

Well, by decent, I mean I don't want it to look like a $10 webcam in a low light situation. ;)

Everyone is worried about low light its not like your shooting in a cave for national geographic.

That camera will give you great video and here is a news flash no one wants to watch porn shot in a low light room with lots of shadows. Its porn not film noir lol
