I tried overstock.com and half.com no such luck.

Anywhere to get the good legal software for discount prices? From Photoshop to whatever?

I'm tired of buying high end software from companies that get bought up by bigger companies and then they 'lose' your serial shit and receipts.

umm say ur a student and get a student discount ;)
