Flat rate - anything else is too pessimistic about your own sales.

Flat rate. I think you won't find too many girls who will accept anything else. (maybe a few smart ones tho)

Very few are smart enough to realize that the % in the long run turns out to be much more.

But either way, good luck, as most of them flake and vanish
