girl stays as fat as her pregnancy with the excuse that she been pregnant

girls = a short haired fattie, guy = a skinny loser

or:

- girl keeps herself in shape and has regular sex with her BF

- they get married

- sex stops, she cuts her hair and bloats up. she has secured her meal ticket and doesnt need to put effort into looks and sex anymore.
