Shopping cart software - recommendations please!

My friend's wife is trying to set-up a home based web business that is going to sell gift baskets and crap like that online.

I need shopping cart software that customizes to keep the look-feel of the site itself AND keeps track of sales/inventory type stuff as well.

Any recommendations? :helpme

(I know Google is full of suggestions... that's where I started!)

I use clickcartpro for a mainstream project. It does what you are asking, and is easy to use. It is also compatable with most payment gateways/processors.

Thanks - that was fast - much appreciated. I am checking it out right now.

Anything else worth looking at?
