my hands get tired before anything else

very very sore. i wear sunglasses a lot, it seems to help.

i know its "weird" to wear them indoors, but its better than your eyes falling out. plus i can be just like corey hart.

Not really... It's my head that aches a lot.

my eyes get fucked up after 12 hours of hard work

Hot really... but when I sleep with my contact it's another story. They hurt for days.

Sometimes contacts give me a headache

First they get dry... Then if I don't sleep they get sore.

After 16+ hours on the computer my eyes get dry and sore, the neck gets sore and head aches sometimes started.

my eyesight has gotten worse over last year from using notebooks too much

and back suffers with them

I also wear contact lenses and than it is worse so I wear glasses to work

Hell yea they do.

you are supposed to look away from the computer screen every so often, i forget how much but you can look it up. also contacts and computer screens can be a very bad mix. again, look it up.

Ive been working on computers for long hours since the mid 90s. Id say the only time my eyes bother me is when ive spent over 20 hours straight working. I can handle the eye problems, what i hate is the ADDHD type of effects i get from spending so much time in front of a pc working.
