been looking at getting into this niche, seems to be an emerging market but there is a bit of controversy over it.

The biggest problem is apple isnt liscensing the DRM scheme on the iPod to adult companies as far as I know... so it would make studios hesitant to make their stuff available for it.

If apple would liscense the DRM, then it wouldnt be such a big deal

Not gettin in on this bandwagon.. That is just me.. If you think youll make some bank from it.. what are you waiting on?

seems like such a small community and I'm really on the fence on the issue myself.
