did your cheque from Verotel bounce as well?
 

Verotel is a great company, and I always get paid on time without a problem so this is a first time.

is it just me? anybody else got a cheque that bounced?

Someone was asking a couple of days ago who paymaster was, implying that a cheque had bounced...

I'm lucky not to get any cheques from them...

In case the 'bouncing' continue to happen, you can file a civil case under the anti-bouncing check law, if ever there is one.

Anything further on this? Have Verotel reissued the cheques?

there is something new, vertoel's billing support sucks muslim balls..
no matter what I email them they keep giving me the save they give (as above) everybody.

now I got another check from them (for a different period - not a reissue of the previous) and I'm asking myself whether I should deposit it or not, cause if another cheque from them bounce I'm actually going to have some trouble at the bank. :helpme

Good point, I would think twice before I deposited the check. Also if they do have a live person on the phone right now to 100% solve the issue, I would file criminal charges for check bouncing immediately.:2 cents:

They do "wire" just fill the form about your bank info, and you will receive all payments directly to your bank account. I receive payments on time since 2002 so no one can tell me anything else.

please tell me rowan, why don't you use wire instead of checks?
and if I remembers right you are in EU, another good reason to go with wire.

Exactly. Wire is the way to go with Verotel, comes in like clockwork with no worries about bouncing or whatever.

I use them one of my sites. However, I have ACH, not checks. Always ontime. A lot of times coming early even!

Why does anyone still get checks?

I received ACH with Verotel and always received them a few days early... but with CCBill I switched to checks because it saves me over $500 a year in bank/ccbill fees.

Hmm, I wonder if I should wait to cash mine. Although I haven't received that email from them, did it come right after the payout email or?

I don't want wire cause it costs me more and that check from Verotel was the first to ever bounce on me.

Wires are cheaper for me than cheques.

Only ever had one bounce with them, got a letter on the very next day explaining the issue, informing me I could redeposit it and with an extra expenses cheque included. Not too bad.
