ExactPay.com - anybody ever use this company?

Somebody wants to pay me with an echeck via www.ExactPay.com and I am just trying to get some info. Does anyone here have an experience with them? How to verify the company?

I read through the FAQ about Depositing an echeck. I don't see anything about fees for that. I wonder if I have to pay such a fee to receive a payment through the system there. I hope not.

To actually create an account there looks expensive, a $495 setup fee.
