I want donuts.
So I've been working it hard. Running and eating better. I've already lost close to 20lbs in the past 8 weeks.
I'm all about a bunch of donuts and pizza right now. Once I get into shape I'll be able to afford some calories here and there but right now it would derail my progress. No pain no gain, but damn I want some Donuts and Pizza. |
Just chew that shit up, then spit it into a bucket instead of swallowing it.

that same shit happens to me when i do my quarterly cleansing. about day 4 i am ready to kill someone for junk food. you'll feel tons better if you don't do it. |

What are you at now (if you dont mind my asking) if your serious about it (which you seem to be down 20lbs already) then the donuts/pizza though tasty just arent worth it man... good luck to you!!
You know depending on what your diet is you can make your own pizza. Pita bread with sauce & then veggies & cheese & whatnot or whatever you want on it.. I dunno your routine, but might be something to look into if you make it yourself you can still make it "healthy" (again depends on your diet etc...) Still good luck!! |
I'm closing in on 210, with the goal of 160's to 170's.
I typically plateau between 195 and 205 that's when it gets tough. Luckily I have a family of fitness buffs to rely on for advice. One is a trainer and also a nutrition advisor. |
i've been wanting donuts for a couple weeks now..dont know how long i can fight it off...
