I'm at the table pushed to the side of the cafeteria against the wall. There are less than 10 kids, all of them staring at the wall talking to it. You see, we all ingested 45mg 5-MeO-DIPT an hour prior, so we're peaking now.

The really cool kids didn't eat lunch in the cafeteria. The caf was reserved for those who:

1. didn't have a car.
2. couldn't talk someone in to giving them a ride.
3. had no money to do lunch at a local fastfood joint.

All the really cool shit went down out in the school smoking area (whoa, did I just date myself? lol).

My father once said never to make fun of the geeks and nerds, since odds are one day they could be your boss.

your right actually. i only ate lunch in the cafetaria in 9th and 10th grade. 11th & 12th grade, i'd always 'skip out' and go eat lunch at an Arbys or McDonalds or call Dennys the period right before lunch and pre-order a meal so i could just pick it up, eat, then smoke a few cigs LOL :thumbsup

We all had cars, but there was no need to leave at lunch, we had free periods to leave campus when we wanted to.

Lunch was a time for everyone to talk and BS and plan the weekend.

High school lunch was fun. We had open lunch so all of us cool guys would go out and get stoned and eat at Carl's Jr. LOL I don't think I ever ate in the cafeteria once in High school.

We had open lunch, sometimes we went out.

Most of us planned free periods before and after lunch so that we could get food and bring it back.

Oh man, there was this Italian Deli that had the biggest, best sandwiches around.

Back then I could eat one of those each day along with a big dinner and still stay thin.

Then college came along.
