Easy to use shopping cart for non adult?
Preferably something that can be integrated to fax / email orders collected on the net.
Check oscommerce and agoracart :thumbsup
I agree, oscommerce.
Also clickcartpro is really good but will dig in about $200
Are there any important options that you are looking for in it (i.e. on-the-fly customization, realtime updating, etc.)?

if you are looking for a nice clean easy cart, try VirtuCart. Great little open source project and I have a few installs running wihout problems. But if you are looking for alot of product handling features i'd stick with zen |
Oscommerce is great BUT it's NOT an easy solution. Out of the box it looks fucking terrible and has many of the most important modules not included as standard. Not a problem if you're confortable altering basic PHP scripts with instructions but not an 'easy' solution.
