The top looks very catchy... But the black-and-white logo is very claasy. You should keep both of them. You may use the black-and-white as shadow, background, etc. :thumbsup

What I mean is that it's very colorful and fun looking. Banks, loans, anything money related is serious business.

Don't get me wrong, the concept with the dollar in the lock is wonderful. I would just make it more conservative looking.

i like the first one..but i would get rid of the dollar note! i like the unlocked padlock by itself.
