Do you cook... Red Snapper receipe Inside
Hey guys,
Dunno about you but I cook and I love it. I usually don't brag, but i think tonight i have cooked the BEST fucking Red Snapper I have had. Here's the receipe 2 filet of Red Snapper 1 btl of white wine 1 jar of Nacho Salsa (medium or hot) Couple of green onions Some Garlic, (can use garlic salt) 1 lemon Turn on the oven to 375-400 Take a baking cookie platter lay out some foil, make sure you have enough to cover your fish so double lenght of the platter. Spread some butter on the foil for non stick and taste... Go easy on the layer butter ffor it is fatening. lay your 2 piece of Snapper. Spread some Salsa accordingly to the size of the fish. You don't want to drown it so small layer all over. Time for garlic... Put as much as you want. If you have guest i suggest not to much but if it's only for you and you are like me... Garlic ON!!! Chop the green onions in to small bits and spread it all over. Final touch... take that bottle of wine and if there's any left since you started this process, Sprinkle the joy around... You don't want to sprinkle to much to drown the fishy. ;-) Enjoy!!! |
Yum...cook for me anytime.
Wait... you have:winkwink: |
thank you for the information..I'll try that..

Would work very well in a pouch cooking process as well.
By the way you seemed to have forgotten to tell people how long to cook it for. |

I cook, but hardly ever spend the time to make something really special.
Something that never stops to amaze me - on this planet there must be ten times more women that cook than men, but the best chefs are alway men, what can I say: whatever we touch turns into gold ;) |
I'm actually taking a half day (well, I've been up since last night actually from the casino) to cook a nice cod lunch. Some of the seasonings you mentioned would be great on this. What kind of wine did you use on the salmon in Winnipeg btw? I'd love to mix some lemon/lime juice with some wine to add to the mix.
